30 Day Penis Enlargement Challenge Day # 3

Third day of my 30 Day Penis Enlargement Challenge

Start off with the warm up, always start off with the warm up. The goal of the warm up is to loosen up the penis and the ligaments around the penis. This will prevent injuries that come from the coming workout and will also give you a more efficient stretch workout.

Warm up

5 mins of a hot rag press… squeezing the penis and pressing against the full groin region, looking to get the muscles of the penis warm up and loosened up.

Stretching

After a good warm up, making sure my penis and the surrounding muscles are good and warm, I moved to the stretching routine.
Starting off I pull straight out for 1 minute (60 seconds). after the 60 seconds I relax for about 10 seconds, then I did about 10 kegals to get some blood back into the penis before moving on to stretching in a different directions.
I repeat this same processes. Out. Up. Down. Left. Right.
60 seconds in each Direction and 10 kegals in between each direction.
After going through each direction I then Repeat the Process for a total of 2 sets.
This part of the routine should take about 10 minutes.

Jelq

After going through my stretching routine I then move on to the Jelq routine.
I first get my lubricants ready and lubricate the penis. I use a mixture of coconut oil and cocoa butter lotion.
Today i set the timer to 6 minutes and starting in on the jelqs. Focusing on quality 2-3 second jelqs.

Kegals

After finishing up my jelq routine, I finished off Day # 3 with 40 kegals. an increase of 5 kegals over yesterdays kegal workout.

Summary & Thoughts

I thought today went well, my workout felt good, I could see a big difference in size after completing the jelq routine, I felt much thicker and fuller. I’m looking forward to seeing how much I will gain over the next 29 days. The key is to be consistent with the workouts and slowly increase the intensity over time.

Heres to you having the best year of your life and if you are like me lets commit to getting the penis we’ve always wanted. I have been penis exercising on and off for probably 4 years, I know this stuff works but I haven’t truly took the time to commit to the exercises and work that goes into real growth. Thats what this 30 day Penis Enlargement Challenge is for, For guys like you and me that want a bigger penis but haven’t committed to making that happen. So lets make it happen.

Second day of my 30 Day Penis Enlargement Challenge

30 Day Penis Enlargement Challenge Day # 1

Today was the first day of the 30 day challenge. Starting off the first thing I am going to do is get my starting measurements.

STARTING MEASUREMENTS:

LENGTH:

  • Flaccid Non Bone Pressed Length- 4.5″
  • Flaccid Bone Pressed Length- 5″
  • Erect Non Bone Pressed Length- 6.75

GIRTH:

  • Flaccid Girth- 4.75″
  • Erect Girth- 5.5″

After getting my measurements I moved into starting my routine. The starting point of every routine is going to be the

GOALS & TARGETS FOR THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE:

My goal and target is to gain .5 inches in length and .25 inches in girth. These are not incredibly large numbers that a penis pill company will promise you like gain 2″ in 2 weeks.
I wanted to make these numbers realistic and attainable. If you are coming along with me on this 30 Day Challenge then i recommend that you do the same. This stuff works and your penis will grow and get bigger at long as your doing the exercises and routine on a consistant basis. This is not a magic pill though, your penis will not grow 2″ in 2 weeks. So be realistic with your goals, commit to put in the consistent daily work, learn the exercises and slowly increase the intensity and over the next 30 days and you will have a much larger penis and as a result change your life, improve the sex your having, build your confidence, possibly even save your marriage or relationship.

WARM UP:

I used a rag and ran it under hot water to get the rag hot. I then wrapped it around my penis looking to get my penis loosened up. I also pressed the rag or the rest of the pelvic region looking to get the rest of the ligaments and tendons in that region warmed up and loose.
You can also you a rice sock, putting the sock in the microwave for 30 seconds and warming up the penis getting it ready for the workout.

STRETCHING:

I Started up the workout with the basic stretching routine.
STRAIGHT OUT, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT.
I did this for 1 minute per direction for 2 cycles/sets

JELQ:

After the stretching routine I then moved on to the jelq routine.
5 minutes of 2-3 second jelqs witch came out to be about 100 jelqs for the first workout of the challenge.

KEGALS:

After the jelq routine I moved to the last part of the workout, kegals.
I did 30 reps. and called it a workout.

TOTAL TIME:

20 minutes including the warm up.

SUMMARY & THOUGHTS:

This was the 1st day of the 30 Day Challenge. I thought this was a good start to the challenge, i was able to get up and do my routine before heading to work. I wrote down all my starting measurments and recorded my workout routine. I highly recommend that you write down and record your workout and your measurements so you know where you stand with your current penis size and also the workout you did so you can slowly up the intensity of the workout as your move through your own 30 days challenge.
